Sang Arun (TH)

Ceramics collections and presentation.

Standing out in a global ceramics market

While automation came to the ceramics industry, Sang Arun in Thailand kept its exceptional hand painting skills alive. Catering to a global market as a family business with a skilful team of mostly women artisans and technicians, Sang Arun stands out from the crowd. To turn their mindset into a visual and tangible proposition, I was asked to design collections and fair presentations. To give their skills the wow factor they deserve.

Collections for the home

Sang Arun’s high quality stoneware is suitable for both tableware and home decor.
We develop new textures, decoration techniques and glazes annually. I design patterns and shapes, from coffee mugs to vases, to highlight the novelties. My aim is to inspire potential clients to collaborate. Whether clients go for the beautifully crafted textures proposed or develop their own designs, all good.

Building a visual reputation

To build an appealing company profile, I aimed to showcase more than just production capacity. I wanted to show a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of the client’s clients. This involved introducing coordinated collections, styling and visual merchandising, photography standards, video stories, and a complete make-over of the fair presentation, drawing crowds into the booth that Sang Arun hadn’t seen before.
